> How many electrical power outlet do I need?
Each inflatable game require 1 to 3 independent electrical outlet of 15 amps, we will confirm how many outlets you need when you make your reservation. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have enough electrical power. Generators are available for rental.
> Are the Inflatable games fireproof?
All our games are made of fireproof material that meet the Industry Standards.
> Initial payment and Final payment:
A 50% deposit is required when you sign the contract to reserve the games and your date, the final payment is due the day of the event.
> What happens if it rains?
2 possible scenarios:
a) You inform us before our team leave the warehouse for your site and you will have 12 months to make your event (it is understood that the games might be different then due to other reservation), the deposit is not refundable.
b) You decide to take the risk and do your event:
b.1) If we install the equipment on your site then the contract is valid and you must pay the final payment even if it start to rain 5 minutes later. The reason is simple we have to pay the salaries and we will also have to inflate each games again to clean them.
b.2) The equipment is not installed however we have to pay the transportation and the salaries of our employees, these charges will be paid from your initial deposit, you will then have 12 months to make your event, your new final payment will need to be adjusted to reflect the amount deducted from your deposit after the cancellation of the previous event. It is understood that the games might be different due to other reservation.
> What happens if it is windy?
Same conditions as if it rains is applicable. If during the event strong winds are blowing we might have to deflate the games for a period of time, safety is the most important factor.
> Do we have to supervise the games?
The game must be under supervision at all time. When you make your reservation we will inform you about the number of attendants required, you will then have 2 options:
a) You will make sure that you have enough responsible attendants to supervise the games at all time, a game without an attendant must be closed.
b) You can hire our internal game supervisors.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO INFORM YOU THAT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE KIDS REMAINS WITH THE PARENTS OR THE TEACHERS. AT ALL TIME WE CAN STOP THE ACCESS TO THE GAME IF THE SAFETY RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED.
> Who install and remove the games?
Our team will install the game for you, we will be back before the end of your event so we can remove the games safely. We would appreciate if you can have people helping us loading the trucks at the end of the event.
> Is there additional transportation charges?
Transport charges (for the games) and traveling charges (for the employees) might be applicable upon distances and traveling time. We will discuss this with you before you make your reservation.
